How many times a day do you change the diaper inserts? Are they easy to replace?

On average, I change the diaper and insert every 3 hours, but it depends on my baby's needs. They are easy to replace, and it takes little time to do so. At night, I use two inserts to double the duration.

No, my child has not experienced any irritation or allergic reactions due to the inserts. They are gentle on the skin and have not caused any problems.

I would like to know how you wash and store them after use. Do you have any tips on how to keep them in good condition?

After use, I rinse them thoroughly in cold water to remove urine, then I soak them overnight in a small basin filled with water and baking soda to eliminate odors. The next day, I wring them out, rub them with Marseille soap, and wash them in the washing machine with a quick 30° cycle. After washing, I always dry them in the sun and store them flat, as recommended, in a dry drawer. This way, the inserts remain in good condition and last me a long time.

Usage Tips:

1. Open the diaper and lay it flat on a clean surface.
2. Place the insert inside the diaper through the designated opening, but try not to force it during insertion.
3. After inserting the insert, stretch the inner surface of the diaper with your hand and adjust the insert to achieve the best fit for your baby.
